The Managing Director of the company, Mr. Udeh Emmanuel disclosed this to City Express News correspondent while reacting to rampant complaints against some unscrupulous Agents dumping people about.
He claimed the lecture is to minimize fraud, deceitfulness etc by unscrupulous agents who are  going about defrauding people.
He added" after the lecture the public will no longer be exploited by this criminal agents."
When asked the relationship with the law enforcement agents to bring the bad agents to book, Mr. Udeh said " there are plans to meet OTA Area police commander and various DPO attached to Area command, to identify the real Estate Agents."
He stated further " his office is the major Agent spearheading the program to the benefits public" .

Girl, 11, becomes UK's youngest mother after falling pregnant aged just 10

An 11-year-old girl has become Britain's youngest mother after she gave birth earlier this month having fallen pregnant aged just 10 years old. The mother and her baby, that was delivered after more than 30 weeks of pregnancy, are both healthy and being cared for according to the Sun UK.  The name of the girl has not been revealed due to her age.   The Sun reports that her family had no idea she was pregnant, and that social services and council chiefs are investigating the matter. 'It has come as a big shock,' the newspaper quoted a source close to the family as saying.  'She's now being surrounded by expert help.
